Beers and food

Increasing trend to offer beers with food.
Generally, the considerations for the pairing
of beers and foods are similar to those for
matching wines with foods.
In particular, take account of acidity,
sweetness/dryness, bitterness, tannin,
weight and the complexity of the taste.
