INTRODUCTION
Pak Suzuki Motor Company is a Pakistani
subsidiary of Japanese automakerSuzuki. It is the
Pakistani assembler and distributor of cars
manufactured by Suzuki and its subsidiaries and
foreign divisions

Currently Pak Suzuki is the largest car assembler
in Pakistan. Most vehicles produced and sold by
Pak Suzuki including the Mehran, Bolan, Ravi,
Cultus and Swift are globally obsolete models
sourced from Suzuki Japan that do not confirm to
modern automotive safety or emission standards

Either the sale persons are satisfied with their jobs

What are the Reasons of high turnover?
How organizations can take out themselves from the
problem of retention, they are facing regarding sale
persons?

Some limitations are as follows:
Every organization has its own policies, rules and
regulations.
Working environment is different in every other
organization.
Many organizations does not allow to interview
there sale persons.

our research are general, that can be applied in

retention. Through our conducted research we are
able to find some factors that that affects the
turnover rate of an organization. Factors we find,
that affects the turnover rate or the retention are
as follows:

The conclusion of our proved hypothesis is that;
more the incentives given to the sale persons, the
intention to leave the organization will be very
low and the organization will be able to retain its
employees.
