TERMS OF OFFER TO INTERNS:


Our Internship Offer

We offer one of the highest intern allowance in the industry to the


qualified candidates.
The monthly allowance is ranging from RM400 to RM 1,000. In
addition, monthly performance bonus of RM200 will be paid
rewarded to the qualified interns.
For the Elite Interns, we provide monthly performance evaluation
and feedback during the internship period.
The key feature of our internship program is that we are treating
you as one of us rather than just as an intern. We let you access
and participate in our business processes and improvement.
We offer full employment after your internship for the performing
interns with a career plan map up for your career advancement.
We may put you into our fast track Management Trainee Program
to groom you as a manager within 3 years.

TERMS OF OFFER TO INTERNS:


Working Hours

Office based: Normal working hours are 8.30am6.00pm


from Monday to Friday with 2 rest days per week. However,
you may be required to work additional hours as
appropriate or as required by the Company.

Lunch time is from 12.00pm to 1.00pm or 1.00pm to 2.00pm.

Outlet based: The normal working hours at the retail outlet


is between 10.00am9.30pm from Monday to Sunday with
8.5hours working hour and 1 rest day per week. However,
you may be required to work additional hours as
appropriate or as required by the Company.

There will be 1 hour lunch break and 1 hour dinner break.


The interns are given additional RM100 when they are assigned to
the work at outlet

TERMS OF OFFER TO INTERNS:


Dressing Code

Note that the dress code is formal wear from Monday to


Thursday.
You may wear smart casual on Friday but no slippers and tshirts are allowed. However, polo t-shirts with collar are
acceptable.
Dress code at outlet is smart casual and no slippers are
allowed. Presentable attire is recommended.

the internship period.

EXPERIENCE in Stocks, Logistics and Production Department (SLP)
During these 4 months, I have found that SLP is an interesting place to do an internship. Along these period I had
involved in the production, stock management and able to do a shipment of herbs products and coffee. I am also learning
the benefits of the herbs to the human. I also need to be done a task on how to improve the packaging process and reduce
the wastage. This task help me to improve my critical thinking skills on think of the ways.
In the production of the most exclusive coffee, I had understood more about the knowledge on how the coffee beans
produced and several types of the coffee beans. Moreover, I had involved in quality assurance and quality control for all the
production of herbs and coffee. After that, I also learn on the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) from SLP Pet file.
Besides, I had improved my communication skills like intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. I learnt on how to
manage a good relationship with the colleague. Furthermore, I learn to communicate and interact with different people from
various background and cultures. Besides that, this working experience had also trained me to become a more discipline
and independent person.
This internship was indeed a precious experience for me as I was given the opportunity to learn the knowledge. I
learnt how to apply my knowledge with real life situations.

Having internship in Asian Secrets Sdn Bhd can truly benefits us in the job scope of Accounting and Finance. Although we can learn full set of
financial accounting theories in university life, in Asian Secrets we are exposed into applying the accounting theories at a more appropriate level.
In Asian Secrets, we can learn to do accounting work at the zero transparency level. Besides, as we are given chance into involving ourselves for
