COURSE DESCRIPTION

Introduction to Educational research course provides


theoretical background knowledge of Research in Education in
general and Research in English Language Teaching in
particular. The course consists of
The Importance of Research; Sense of Curiosity, Ways of Knowing

Truth; Science, Scientific Method and Research, Research and


Educational Research; the Goal of Science, the Application of
Scientific Method in Educational Research;
Classification of Educational Research
Steps of Doing Research
