THEORY
Group is a set of two or more people
who interact with each other to achieve
certain goals or meet certain needs.
Group goal is one that all or most
members of a group can agree on.

Formal group
A group established by management to
help the organization achieve its goals.
The goals of a formal group are determined
by the needs of the organization.

Command groups
A formal work group consisting of
subordinates who report the same
supervisor.

Task force
A formal work group consisting people who
work intensely together to accomplish a
specific goal. Once the goal has been
accomplished, the task force usually
disbanded.

Command group
Operating Committee is formed with 15-top
managers and Chambers as a chairman.
They chart the overall direction of the
company.
Task force
Numerous smaller teams having between 2
and 10 members are formed on temporary
basis to focus on specific issues or work on
certain projects.

has 16-members board worked intensely

multiple HD video screens for customized
live videos of games, promotions,
advertising, programming, and other up-todate and StadiumVision. Working with
marketing and sales team, the board won
contracts with major sports venues and
teams for the launch of a multi-million
dollar business within less than four month.
