To perform the cutting operation in the
easier way
by pushing the paddles up & down.

Project
The machine is made by the scrap materials

which
was thrown in our Junkyard Club.
The whole set-up is prepared in the
Junkyard only
by performing various cutting, drilling &
welding
operations.

Thin rods
Strips of particular length

Mechanism of the Setup

In this set-up we are converting our rotatory

motion into reciprocating motion when we

move our legs on paddles.
Again, Some amount of energy is stored in the
form of
Kinetic Energy in the flywheel which help in
linear
movement of hacksaw arrangement.
Further, these reciprocating motions are
transferred
into Hacksaw arrangement by which we cut
