BUSINESS OBJECTIVE:
The objective is to get hired in the best available qualitative research organisation in the country.

BIGGEST CHALLENGE:
The organisation I want to be a part of, isnt hiring. I dont have contacts in other qualitative research

DIFFERENT APPROACH:
For me, it is not only about reading and being available for work during official hours, but they will find
me available for being a part of any research endeavour at any point of given time. It is very important
for them to realise, that they are just not investing in a skill set trained for qualitative research but also
in someone who is an eager and enthusiastic learner.

MISSION:
The mission is to approach the HRs of research organisations with a positive approach and convince
them to hire me not only because of my skill set but also because of the passion and energy I bring to
the table.

GOAL:
Create and prepare content (myself) in such a manner, that once they interact, they should be
completely convinced about me, my skill set and the extra energy I bring to the table which will help
them in growing their business

IDEAS:
1. While applying to these organisations, I will attach all the recommendation letters that I have
managed to gather from the organisations that I have interned in, till now.
2. Once applied, I will be following up continuously, to show my keen interest in their organisations and
if possible, go and meet the HRs of these organisations personally. My PGDM (C) degree from MICA
should be able to give an edge over the others as the skill set developed here completely
compliments the area I am trying to make my career in.
3. I will prepare my story in such a manner that they are able to see all the aspects of my personality
and not only the best qualities.

AUDIENCE ADJUSTED IDEAS:

1. While applying to these organisations, I will attach all the recommendation letters that our relevant
to the organisation I am apply to. Eg: Having worked in Flamingo Mumbai, I will put the
recommendation letter given by them above the rest.

PHASE III
Q1. Why would they revert to my job application when I am aware that the job market is not doing
well?
Ans. They will respond because they might not come across someone with a similar skill set, an
excellent worker and an enthusiast in nature.
Q2. Why will they believe what I have written in my cover letter about myself and my Curriculum
Vitae?
Ans. They will believe as I am backing the claims about myself with physical evidence. The letters of
recommendation and my bosses as the reference in my CV will give them confidence about my
potential. The LORs and references provided to them will also authenticate the organisations social
standing and value in the market.
Q3. Why is it important for the organisation to delve into this?
Ans. Based on this research the organisation will be able to judge if they want to know me further and
call me for an interview.
Q4. Why is important for the organisation to know me better?
Ans. By knowing me better, they will be able to have a wider perspective and a better judgement about
me. They will be able to discuss if I am a good investment for their organisation and if I fit into their
organisations dynamics.
Q5. Why am I a good investment for them?
Ans. I am a good investment because , I have been trained in the required skill set for three months
further enhanced by courses in my college along with my potential and desire to achieve high goals.

PHASE IV:
STORY WITH AN EMOTIONAL IMPACT:
The youngest in the family, I have always been pampered. But, once I moved out of my house six years
ago, I have now understood different aspects of life and the different backgrounds from where people
evolve into who they are and why the way they are.
Being someone who is out going, an eager learner and a listener, qualitative research has grasped my
attention and has been keeping me interested in the field. The scope of meeting a plethora of people
from various demographies, socio-economic backgrounds and cultures is one of the main reasons for
joining this field.
Travelling being one of my key interests, it gives me an upper edge as I have exposed myself to various
cultures giving me an insight into their lives and lifestyle. Nothing has ever stopped me from getting up
again after a failure and setting higher goals for myself. Being somebody who is not satisfied with the
standards set by myself, she believes that there is always a scope to learn and improve further, at any
stage in life. I take criticism with a very positive outlook and find ways to imbibe suggestions in my
daily practices. With a wide smile on my face all the time, I feel that I can overcome any difficulty if I try
hard and seek help from the right people.
Working with Flamingo Mumbai for the last three months has made me a polished worker in this field
with an eye for detail.
