These counters includes three part:

Background noise: Always exist and should be a constant value

Neighbor users interference of UL: Uncertain value and related with neighbor UL loading and user distrib
ution
Other interference: Uncertain value, include external interference, PIM of own cell, PIM of other sites or
network, spurious interference, blocking interference, etc.

Background Noise formula

Background noise=-174+10lg(bandwidth)+Noise Factor=174+10lg(180000)+3=-118.4 dBm
(RB bandwidth is 180k; and enodeB NF is 3 dB)
So, even no any interference and UL traffic of neighbors, the default value of RB
level KPI is about -118.4dBm.

If the transmit system is nonlinear, PIM exists. The possible reason might be
PIM caused by Antenna, jumpers, connector or bad installation quality, etc.
The L800 bandwidth is DL:811-821M; UL:852-862M, so at least 9 order PIM of
DL will impact UL.
