Pakistans rapidly growing population rate and number of


births every year can only be controlled by the efficient and
quick implementations of family planning schemes in the
overpopulated country.
These views were expressed by Population Welfare Punjab
Minister Begum Zakia Shahnawaz in an event held in
recognition of the World Population Year 2015.

Qauid-e-Azam Solar Energy Park


Revival of three redundant power plants
that will add 500MW electricity to the
national grid next year.

coal-fired power plants,
a dam,
a solar power park, and
a gas pipeline to Iran

In April 2015, China did something


extraordinary: it gifted a $46 billion
investment package to Pakistan.
China is helping Pakistan build worlds
largest solar farm


A number of medium-sized hydropower
projects is ready to be launched on the
Jhelum, Kunar and Swat rivers, as well as in
Dir and Chitral.

China.

Measures

Government of Pakistan is currently spending 2.1 percent of


its GDP on education sector and is fully committed to
enhance education spending from 2.1 percent of GDP to 4.0
percent of GDP by 2018.
