KAMOTE JUICE

INGREDIENTS:
Kamote Tops/ Talbos ng Kamote- 3
bundles
Calamansi/Lemonsito- 30 pcs.
Sugar- 1 cup
Water- 1 Litre

PROCEDURE
1. Clean the Kamote
tops.

2. Put the Kamote tops


in 1L of water
3. Boil for 10-15 mins.
until the water turns
in green.

4. Remove the
leaves and use the
water to make the
juice.
5. Add the calamansi
and stir with the
water as it turn
pink.

6. Add sugar and


stir.

7. Let it cool in the


fridge/serve it with
ice.
8. Drink and enjoy
the juice!
