Partnerships
School-to-School
Rationale
DepEd believes that high-performing
schools can be instruments for reform.
Through
school-to-school
partnerships, high-performing schools
can share their best practices and
help other schools improve their
school performance using LAC, CI, and
SBM.
DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
Rationale
High-performing schools will be called
Leader Schools. They shall receive
funds (P140,000) to provide technical
assistance to nearby schools that
have not yet reached their full
potential in school performance.
These schools will be the Partner
Schools.
DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
Rationale
The policy aims to generate shortterm positive outcomes among
schools involved in partnerships.
These outcomes include:
1. Engagement in collaborative
professional devt activities
2. Joint planning, problem-solving and
resource mobilization activities
3. Improvement of social trust,
awareness and understanding
