We manage a variety of development programs in rural

communities in Indias South-East region. social, financial,
environmental, physical and psychological.
We emphasize the importance of a sense of unity, responsibility and
leadership, and equal representation of men and women.

Capacity Building

The PDTC was founded in 2002 as an anchor training center to

facilitate capacity building for program beneficiaries, community
leaders and change agents from local and international NGOs
wishing to learn best practices in 360 Community Driven
Development.

Entrepreneurship & CSR

It will have a residential capacity of 200 and be able to host up to

600 training participants at any one time. A fully equipped, modern
Multimedia Unit will be set up to cater to the audio-visual production
needs of corporate clients and entrepreneurs to support their
development initiatives.
