Counseling with potential and loyal customers.
To maintain the bank deposits and sell appropriate offerings of
the bank.
Participate in sales programs and maintain customer portfolios.
Expand client base by exploring potential customers in the
market.
Preparation for spreadsheets for clients to show profit and loss of
their holdings.

Initial Screening
The following criteria will be followed in order to short
list the applications.
Any applicant having less than 3 years experience in
Customer relationship management.
Education less than 16 years in Finance/Commerce.
Above age 30.
If Contact/Name of the supervisor in the experience
field, is not mentioned.
Any signature is missing.
Cutting overwriting.
Education other than Finance/Commerce.

Interview
The following criteria will be observed in order to short
list the applications.
If candidate is found not social.
Lacks knowledge about basic banking and customer
relationship.
Lack of negotiation skills.
Does not provide complete answer.
Does not posses attractive personality.
Found reserved.

Back ground and Reference Check

Found involved in political activities.


Found involved in criminal activities.
Found involved in Disciplinary cases.
Found involved in accidental cases.
Had a bad experience with customer.

Reference Check
If the ex-supervisor does not know the applicant, the
application will be discarded.
Probation Period
The candidate will be offered 3 months probationary job i.e.
conditional job offer, during which if any information is found
incorrect or remain unable to bring new accounts and maintain
the existing accounts will not be offered permanent job.

Most of the applications up to 70% of the Total applications


received will be discarded during the initial screening of the
applications.
Remaining 30% will be interviewed according to the selection
process which is being proposed for selecting the right candidate.
The 15% of total candidates that have been selected after the
interviews, the back ground and reference check will take place.
After reference and background check 10% employees will be
called for conditional job offer.
After three months duration of conditional job offer, the right
candidates will be offered permanent job in the organization.
