INITIAL SCREENING
INTERVIEW
Initial Screening
The following criteria will be followed in order to short
list the applications.
Any applicant having less than 3 years experience in
Customer relationship management.
Education less than 16 years in Finance/Commerce.
Above age 30.
If Contact/Name of the supervisor in the experience
field, is not mentioned.
Any signature is missing.
Cutting overwriting.
Education other than Finance/Commerce.
Interview
The following criteria will be observed in order to short
list the applications.
If candidate is found not social.
Lacks knowledge about basic banking and customer
relationship.
Lack of negotiation skills.
Does not provide complete answer.
Does not posses attractive personality.
Found reserved.
Reference Check
If the ex-supervisor does not know the applicant, the
application will be discarded.
Probation Period
The candidate will be offered 3 months probationary job i.e.
conditional job offer, during which if any information is found
incorrect or remain unable to bring new accounts and maintain
the existing accounts will not be offered permanent job.
