Philippines and specializes in IT Solutions. Initially
founded by Zedrick Villas, Elijah Casas, Rikki de
Castro, and Severino Agustin II, ZERS has since
expanded its workforce to over 450 employees and is

continuing its expansion.
Our software and services offerings are often mission critical for
many of our customers as they help automate and integrate critical

Budget
L'Opera Group will pay ZERS Software Inc. with PHP
2,000,000.00 for the complete software package of the Restaurant
Management System.
The cost of the software development will be PHP 2,000,000.00 while
the one-year Maintenance and Support Contract cost PHP 1,000,000.00.
See the table below for the System Software Cost Breakdown.
L'Opera Group will pay the 30% before the project before upon the
contract signing. The next 30% will be paid once the Project
Development begins. Lastly, the remaining 40% balance will be paid
upon completion of the project.
