God takes care of His creation
Genesis 1:20-21
20 And God said, Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds
fly above the earth across the vault of the sky. 21 So God created the
great creatures of the sea and every living thing with which the water
teems and that moves about in it, according to their kinds, and every
winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.
To reinforce this verse students have to illustrate a couple of animals on
their notebooks with the presence of God at the center, then they watch
the following video and I will explain to them more about it.

Developing reading skills - Guessing meaning from context
Students will go over the readings in their lesson, highly the
unknown words and write a definition and translation of their
own, later they will look up the correct meaning in the dictionary
and compare to their opinion, later they will respond open
question to develop argumentative skills and critical thinking
Due date: May 20th
Evaluation Criterion:
Intonation and fluency.
Identification of vocabulary.
Identification of characters.
Understanding of the text.
Find synonyms and antonyms
Answers to comprehension questions.
Reading out

Students have to Write sentences on their


notebooks by using the vocabulary .
1.This fox`s den is an underground burrow.
2.A bird raises its young in an nest.
3.A bear builds a lodge from branches of
tress.
4.A prairie dogs lives under the ground in a
burrow.
5.Bess live and work in a hive

Students will write on their notebook the following


questions and answers.
Think Critically

They will answer the four questions at pages 153


1,How do the animal babies change as they grow up?
2Who is telling each young animal`s story?
3-How does the mother kangaroo take care of her
joey?
4.Which animal did you find most interesting to read
about. Why?

According to the poems from pages 148-151 have


students to complete on their notebook the following
Guide Comprehension 148-149
1Which animal is speaking on this page the mother horse,
the colt, or the filly?
2Which word rhymes with past (line 6 of stanza 1 page
149)
3Look at the word warm on page 149.What word has the
opposite meaning?
4Page 150-151 . Where does a joey live when it is small?
5What happens to the elephant calf in its first year?
6Why do you think baby animal needs to stay near its
mother?
