GRAPHOLOGY

Its the study of

character and
personality of a person
from his handwriting.

Fact Behind Handwriting

Handwriting is really brain
writing.

A thought in your brain is

transmitted by electrical
impulses through the nervous
system and the fibers of our
body, arm, hand and fingers.
The fingers are only vehicles
that put in the writing.

Our conscious mind

determines what you write
and your subconscious mind
controls how you write.

What does your handwriting

reveal about you?

The way you combine the pen

strokes reveals what kind of
person you really are

how you feel about yourself and

others around you

what kind of talents and abilities

you have; Whether or not you will
make use of them.

How you are likely to react in

different situations, especially
under stress; even facts about
yourself that you may not be
aware of until they are pointed
out.

What does your handwriting

reveal about you?

The connection between

your thoughts and feelings
and the way you form your
handwriting is one you can
prove for yourself.

It can quickly reveal such

factors as your character,
emotions, intellect,
creativity, social adjustment,
your desires, fears,
weaknesses, strengths and
sexual appetite just to
mention a few.

In order to pick right candidates, HR
executives utilize several traditional
screening tools, such as background
checks and reference checks to have
an understanding of their personality
in order to ensure whether they are
suitable for the job.

But really are they successful in

hiring right person ? Most
organizations spend millions each year
in training and assessing staff and
personnel and yet they find that they
have the wrong person on job.

Employers hire for job skills

and fire for personality
Job competence is achieved through
faults.
combination of knowledge skills, experience,

temperament, intelligence, aptitudes

From the surveys, it has been found around
85% of problems are personality-related.

Temperament, attitude, behavior are just as

important as qualifications and technical skills
which is difficult to assess at a selection
interview.

Limitations of test in
interviews

Most of the tests require the candidate to answer a

series of questions. Based on the answers hr judge
the nature.

Test taker could lie about his personality

For eg: one can say I am outgoing, extrovert

person. I am well suitable for marketing post. But in
reality he is shy, reserved who find difficult in
making relations with customers.

Limitations of test in
interviews

It will be really very difficult to analyze the whole

personality in just 30 minutes.

Its not worth to say first impression is the last

impression.

Smiling face, well dressed person may appear to be

very calm, stable but he could be highly
aggressive person.

Why graphology is damn

important?

There is no way of finding out about employee

honesty and integrity apart from a handwriting test.

Handwriting analysis is an accurate , inexpensive,

effective .

Your moments of hand, expressions of face can lie.

But handwriting never!

Even if people change their writing to deceive a

graphologist, all they can is fake a couple of lines. It is
difficult even for a trained handwriting analyst to
disguise the writing for long.

Example
T bars:

Are they light or heavy? Are they placed at low or high level?

If the bars are heavy he can not work where obedience is required.

If they are placed at high level .they try their best to stretch their talents,
abilities.

Overlapping lines:

He will be involved in everything that is going on. His sense of organising will
be very poor. Therefore reduces the effectiveness of work

Lower loops in y : are they straight or looped?

If they are straight they wont be able to create new ideas . Is he suitable
where we requires new ideas, imagination? Even the experienced person
wont we able to produce new .

Example
Hooks on the letter:

Highly acquisitive persons. Should they be placed

in jobs that would involves money or goods without
supervision? Of course no

Long endings:

Cautious person : should he be placed in job that

requires fast decision making?

However, a good graphologist have to take

multitude of traits. Traits do not exist without
affecting other traits in some way, either
intensifying or reducing the total effect of that
writers personality.

Why graphology?
1. It is purely objective. We analyze
irrespective of sex, race, color, creed..
2.We can help you to select right candidate
for a particular designation.
3.It is accurate, effective, cheap.

The sooner you know. The better you can

handle the upcoming situations.
