for at least 2 years. Even though the records are there but some of the
information are not available.
c.) The Plant Maintenance Working Schedules for Monitoring, Inspection
and Maintenance are not only incomplete but in some area are not
available at all.
d.) The Inventory Lists are very much incomplete and not systematically
well-organized.
e.) There are a lot of Confined Spaces which can contribute the
Maintenance job is not only difficult but unsafe as well.
f.) The Plant Utilities and Supporting Equipment are very insufficient. No
wonder Plant Breakdown cases occur as frequent as once every month.

Without a plant layout, the task of maintaining the equipment
become harder because its difficult to know where the place
or the position of the equipment that have to be maintained

NUMBER 2
There are a lot of Confined Spaces which can contribute the Maintenance
job is not only difficult but unsafe as well.

This case also categorize as important case because if there a lot of


confined space which can contribute the job difficult also unsafe, the
maintenance job cannot be done by everybody because its not guarantee
the live of people that doing the maintenance job also the condition of the
people if there are something happen to their body or something else.

NUMBER 3
The Plant Utilities and Supporting Equipment are very insufficient. No
wonder Plant Breakdown cases occur as frequent as once every month.

Without a backbone, our body cant move. Same goes to this case,
without plant utilities and supporting equipment, maintenance job cant
be done and resulting plant breakdown cases occur as frequent as once
every month.

The Plant Maintenance Working Schedules for Monitoring, Inspection and
Maintenance are not only incomplete but in some area are not available at all.

Plant maintenance working schedule make our work more efficient and
organize.

We can estimate the due date of maintenance or inspection of the


equipment or facilities that have in that industry.

NUMBER 5
The Inventory Lists are very much incomplete and not systematically
well-organized.
The management cannot detect whether the equipment in the
inventory are available/not or insufficient

NUMBER 6
There are incomplete Budgeting And Expenses Records of the Plant
