 In 1992 rampur distillery was nominated “Distillery of the year”

 Major brands of radico khaitan are “Carlo Rossi,
wine cellars, André sparkling wine”
 Radico khaitan flagship brand “Contessa Rum”
 It command the 25% share of the defense market
 It has tied up with 13 bottling units

export house by govt of India

Working Guidelines
Employees are required to :
 Keep their environment clean
 Lock all files and cabinets , switch off all computers,
clear all work materials from desk surface, esp.:
materials of sensitive or confidential nature.

Office Hour
From 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Second and Fourths Saturdays are off
Lunch break is from 1:30 to 2:00 p.m.
Employee Appearance

 Should be dressed smartly


 All Executives/ Officers and above are expected to be in
ties.

Attendance Policy

 Marking Attendance is statutory requirement


 Company have computerized attendance system.
 If any employee is on OD or on Tour, then must inform HR
department.
Late Coming
 Expected to be on job by 10:00 a.m.
 Late reporting of 10 minutes is allowed
 Only 3 days in a month.

sq.feet office will also mirror that the
office of Lalit Khaitan is feast for the
eyes.
 It overlooks fountains through glass
doors & has a modern working area
with a purple chair, a seating area in
brown & green walls are offset by an
M.F. Husain painting.
THE RECEPTION

 The reception area on the top floor


has been designed like a lounge that
it straight out of a trendy coffee
table book, with a chic wood & steel
counter, a uniquely designed glass
table.

Conclusion

 In next 5 years the chair man wants to see his


portfolio of 35 brands growing significantly
 The chairman also wants to maintain 15%
growth rate
 In exports they are going to double sales from
2.5 lac cases to 5 lac cases
 2 years back Radico Khaitan had entered in to
a 50:50 joint venture DIAGEO, the worlds
largest brewer by sales .
 Mr. khaitan said Radico would hit the UK
market with its rum and vodka brands
 American express corporate award 2006
 Posts a net profit after tax of Rs 9.71 crore for
the second quarter of 2009.
 Growth rate in 2006-07 is 12.5%.
 In 2007-08 is 12.8%
 Radico Khaitan Ltd. Is currently the second
largest liquor manufacturer in India
