INTRODUCTION

The Admins Complaint Module is a self contained product designed to


provide solution for students to reach the department officials to
register complaints online.
It provides an online way of solving the problem faced by the students
by saving time and other formalities and secure registration for
individuals and it facilitates communication like forum/mail/feedback
that is very important and also the assessment of current situation
and status of the complaint.
The screen format and menu structure is in such a way that students
find it easy to use the system. It is user friendly and very interactive.
Provides complaint detail and allows the student to view the status of
the complaint
Easy to maintain.
Very less time required.
Very low cost.
The Admins Complaint Module will make it easy for the college
students to register their complaint and that too in very less time and
also for college to resolve the complaints faced by the students.

module, the user
registers complaint.

of the complaint is
defined.

provided i.e.

statement.

categorized on the
basis of their type.

TRACK MODULE
Through this
module, the user
tracks the status
of the registered
complaint.
View and check
status of
complaint.

CONCLUSION
The area of application of the computer technologies is
very vast and helpful for making the work efficient and
fast.
The Admin Complaint Module would manage the
complaints by the users online and take actions on it as
soon as possible with proper feedback. This will in turn
make the management system more reliable. It would
also fill the communication gap between management,
students and teachers. The complaints will be taken
care of and solved as soon as possible based on the
criticality level and the user who registered the
complaint can anytime check the progress and status
of their complaint.
