Based on the project background 3 design schemes for the park were
formulated;
1-"The Center" design, maintains the five-acre park's tower position,
the concept of symmetry and adds seasonal plantings to frame the
existing center plaza. The concept includes a terrace on the north side
of the park with an structure housing a caf, restrooms, and park
management space.

2-"The Edge, proposes a linear plaza along the park's southern edge
with a caf, restrooms, and park management space. The existing path
system is also adjusted to increase accessibility to the park center,
which would become home to a new, interactive track around the
tower.
