quarters is a basic ingredient to
success. The research revealed:

That 94.1% of staff felt team work is


encouraged and practiced in RVTTI.
This was evident during the
interview as all the HoDs articulated
the issues with great similarity.
The leadership also emphasized on
quality products. 94.1% of lectures
stated that the staff were held
accountable for the quality of work
they produce.
This was done by understanding the
customers needs first.

research revealed that 82.4% of the


lecturers stated that their managers treat
all employees fairly,
while 72.5% stated that the organizations
policies for promotions and advancement
were always fair.
The same proportion (72.5%) of the lecturers
stated that favouritism was non-issue in
promotions.
Further (82.4%) stated that their principal
was always consistent when administering
policies concerning employees and were
treated fairly.
All the lecturers (100%) stated that RVTTI
leaders know what they are doing and they
demonstrate strong leadership skills.

There were 90.2% of the lecturers who

98.0% stated that the organization respects
its employees.
Employee job satisfaction is a top priority of
senior management as stated by 92.2% of
the lecturers while,
94.1% stated that the organization valued
the contribution the employees made.
