COMPANY PROFILE

CHULIA Facility Management Sdn Bhd (CFM) is a company that ventured into
M&E services and Maintenance services.

CFM client base is comprised mainly of the Malaysian Government and the
private sector. E.g.: Finisar Sdn Bhd & KLIA2.

CFM in Finisar are responsible for all the maintenance building of this factory
except Finisars production.

Infrared scanning is a method to check condition of any wiring at DB, trunking

and etc.

Its used thermography to display temperature of any line.

Overload temperature>40c

Change suitable wire if needed

GenSet
(Weekly Maintenance)

Genset act for backup power if supply from TNB stopped.

Its take 3 seconds to self-start after no supply from TNB.

This generator can supply 22kV and and only supplied power for emergency
door, card scanner, CCTV and card scanner.

Can supply power for 24 hours.

Finisar company owns 2 GenSet, each for Phase 1 and Phase 2.

CONCLUSION
As a conclusion what I have learn during my training at Chulia FM is experience
is important in any industry. Experience will guarantee works quality, not the
bachelor.
Work as a team also important especially with different ages and position. With
a good teamwork, the outcome will be much more faster and if there is a
problem, we can discuss and study it before take action.
Being a great leader is as much important as others because a leader need to
boost up teams moral and must know all the situation of every department. This
will bring to good communication with other staff.
Lastly, during my internship, I realized that learning theoretical is completely
difference with practical.

RECOMMENDATION

Although Chulia has tighten their safety acts, but there are still some staff or
technician ignoring this responsibility. Employees shall be emphasized their
safety during working.

There are always has miscommunication between executives and

subordinates. So, always open minded and stay focus on work in order to
achieve company goals and objectives.
