Job Safety / Hazard

Analysis
A Job Safety / Hazard Analysis is a way of studying a job
to
Identify the hazards or potential accident associated
with each step of the job.
Develop solutions that eliminate or prevent such
hazards.
JSA / JHA are the most effective tools that can be
used to spot potential accident causes and eliminate
potential accident causes.
The completed JSA / JHA makes an excellent
training tool for new hires, job transfers, refresher
courses, etc.
The JSA / JHA can be used in conjunction with the
Method Statements.
