Rights

Definition:

Humanrightsare moral principles or norms, that describe certain

standards of human behavior, and are regularly protected as legal
rightsin municipal and international law.

Rights might also refer to the allowances that are given to a human
being as a part of society which will not hinder the delicate balance
of society with the governing authority such as right to freedom, right
of figure of speech etc.

Every human living on earth morally deserves all basic rights such as
right of food and water, right to freedom etc. , but there are places
on the globe like Africa were such rights are defied by the
government and people dont get them.

Duties

Something that one is expected or required to do by moral or legal obligation.

The binding force of something that is morally or legally right; moral or legal
obligation.

An action or task required by a person's position or occupation: thedutiesof

a minister.

Duties unlike responsibilities are not backed by moral obligations, it is more

of a legal obligation or obligation towards a certain organisation, and
generally due to this difference people tend to not follow their duties as well
as they were supposed to be followed.
