It can teach us healthier ways to cope with stress and to reduce its harmful effects
It also evaluates the reason behind stress and by the help of various techniques and method we
can effectively overcome from stress.
WHAT IS STRESS
Stress is a simply a reaction to stimulus that disturbs our physical or mental condition
It produces numerous physical and mental symptoms which vary according to each individual's
situational factors
The stress can be thought of as resulting from an imbalance between demands and resources

Acute stress
Chronic stress
Medical environment stress
Workplace stress
Lack of job security ,Company policies ,Coworkers who don't do their fair share, Unclear
expectations.
Poor communication ,Not enough control over assignments ,Inadequate pay or benefits .
Urgent deadlines ,Too much work ,Long hours ,Uncomfortable physical conditions
Relationship conflicts ,Coworkers making careless mistakes ,Dealing with rude customers,
Lack of cooperation.
Mood swings ,Anxiety ,Can lead to depression ,Can also lead to unhealthy coping strategies (i.e.
alcohol, drugs, Bad Addictions etc.)
