•Composición:
Resinas 50-55%

Sustancias orgánicas y minerales 5% (entre ellas, flavonoides)
•Se trata de una planta muy rica en taninos, que son compuestos polifenólicos con
alta afinidad por las proteínas, lo que favorece la precipitación e inactivación de
estas en muchas situaciones, en especial ante procesos inflamatorios (carácter
antiinflamatorio) y en el bloqueo de procesos de colonización y vitalidad
microbianos (acción antimicrobiana)
•El té verde (Camellia sinensis) posee más taninos que el té negro, lo que refuerza
su capacidad antimicrobiana.
