ISG is now a global company with agents in South Africa, Tanzania, Mexico, Br
azil, Peru, Chile and a strong team in Australia and New Zealand.
Our engineering team has designed containers for cartage of wheat, copper co
ncentrate, coal, mineral sands, nickel & iron ore. Our container designs are all
FEA tested and have gone through a rigorous testing programme.
ISG has unique lid lifting system that enables product to be tipped inside the shi
ps hull and by using a water suppressant makes this a dustless system. Our sy
stem has been given the green tick of approval and we estimate by using the c
ontainers instead of expensive storage sheds that saves over 20million USD.

Copper Concentrate Containers

The shipping container is designed for minimu
m product hang-up which includes curved guss
ets in all corners, and tapered side and end wal
ls. The shipping container is designed to be sui
table with all Tipplers in the Global market, and
includes a pioneering lid, which is automatically
locked and unlocked by the Tipplers.
The shipping container is also the first Open To
p half height in the global market to be certified
to BK2 requirements and ADG7. The container
also includes our special anti- abrasion coating
.

Iron Ore Containers

Purpose built for heavy duty mining applications. S
uitable for products such as Iron Ore and Concentr
ates. Designed and extensively tested for use with
a Tippler.
Supplied with waterproof removable hard lids whic
h also eliminate dust during transit. These lids can
be manufactured to suit any Tippler lid lifting syste
m. Heavy duty, empty and loaded lift fork pockets.
Can be custom built to specific requirements, in a r
ange of various heights. Can be supplied with or wi
thout hard lid. Stackable when loaded. High Payloa
d of 35,000kg.

Nickel Concentrate Containers

Intermodal Solutions Group (ISG) has designe
d, tested and manufactured a high cubic capaci
ty container suitable for use with a Tippler. The
shipping container suits products with a lower d
ensity such as Nickel Concentrate and Coal, wh
ich require a high cubic capacity.
The shipping container is fitted with a removabl
e hard lid, which can be lifted automatically and
can be modified to suit any tippler in the Global
marketplace. The unit is tested and certified to
BK, IMDG and ADG7 requirements for transport
ing dangerous cargo, on road, rail or sea.

Mineral Sands Containers

Mineral sands is another area where we have

become specialists and the supply of over 2,0
00 containers into Adelaide for the movement
of this commodity places us again in the benc
h marking arena.

Coal Shipping Containers

Manufactured to suit a range of bulk products such as coal and o
ther dense products.

Load bulk and discharge bulk product easily and efficiently.

Fitted with FLEXITOP retractable tarpaulin system.
Smooth Internal Walls
Large Tipping Hatch fitted with grain locks.
Heavy lift fork pockets.
The unit shown in the photo was especially made for KIWI R
AIL in New Zealand.
Sampling ports, to allow product sampling without opening th
e Flexitop Tarpaulin.
Stackable empty and loaded.
Tarp can be operated manually or with power.

Multi Purpose Shipping Container with Hard Lid

This unit is suitable for bulk products as well as palle
tised freight. It can be used as a standard hard top c
ontainer or the lid can be removed for use as a bulk
Open Top container.
Features include:
Smooth internal walls
Large tipping hatch with grain locks
Rear doors
Pallet wide and capable of ten pallets on the floor

Coke & Anode Bulk Shipping Container

The Coke and Anode container is designed to trans
port coke and coal one way, and then Copper anode
s on the return leg. Features are:
Smooth Internal Walls, 3mm Thick
Steel Floor 5mm Thick
Large Tipping Hatch fi tted with grain locks.
Heavy duty racks for carrying packs of Copper a
nodes,
Side access doors for loading of Anode Racks.
Heavy lift fork pockets.
Stackable empty and loaded.
ISO dimensions for universal handling.

20 Bulk Open Top Shipping Container

ISG specialised 20 Open Top Containers for Bulk appli
cations are purpose build for the harsh conditions in Au
stralia. Features include:
1200mm High rear tipping hatch
Hatch locking mechanism is operated from the side of
the container
Hatches fitted with Grain Locks for maximum safety
on road and rail.
5mm thick Steel floor plate
Deflectors fitted to top rails of container
Fork pockets for loaded lifting
Can be fitted with Tarpaulin
Heavy duty construction for harsh products like Coal.
