Except for "Unavailable Time", Performance Monitoring Alarms are based on

thresholds tables
PM are launched by pressing "start" in the related view

Up to 96 errored intervals
Threshold crossed alarm is raised when the "high" value is reached. It
will be cleared the next interval the "low" value is crossed in the other
way.

24 h Performance Monitoring
Last seven days are stored, whether this 24h interval has or has not
errors.
Threshold alarm is raised when the "high" value is reached. It is cleared
at the beginning of the next 24h interval.

AS Application

Alarm Surveillance can be launched

from map view (Supervision > Alarm surveillance)
Or from Equipement view (Diagnosis > Alarms > NE Alarms)

AS should be launched when needed, and particulary in case of changes, or

when an Equipement view cannot be opened.
Usefull features :
create a specific "active alarms" sublist :
Create a new sublist and modify it (Sublist > Modify). In the "basic" filter,
select NCLR in the "Clearing" part

export selected alarms in txt format : Action > Output. Tick then "file" and choose
a name, with the txt extension

Alarms
Alarms Logs, Events Logs

Logs are stored in the NE (500 alarms, 300 events)

Sometimes some alarms are not received by Alarm Surveillance application
(due to SNMP protocol). Retrieving these logs may be usefull for analysis.
Possibility to export the file (csv format prefered)
When maintenance actions are scheduled, there is the possibility to disable
events storage in the NE.
From equipement view, select Configuration > Log Switch
