Concept..
The building are a reflection of the mountains surrounding
the campus .
A miniature model reflecting the jagged contours.
Continuity and harmony achieved through consistency
between the architectural language and environment.
Architectural language evolved through the selection of
functional components like door lintels, window shade
boxes, ventilators and waterspouts.

Layout planning:
-The whole site is divided into two parts - ACADEMIC and
RESIDENTIAL connected by a walkway.
Continuity and homogenity between the buildings to be
maintained.

Entries:
-One main entry, one residential entry, one service entry
Entrances must be segregated.
Proximity of main entry points to the academic block. This avoids
confusion for the users.
Service entry should be placed in a manner so that it is not seen
easily.

View:
-Nothng is seen from the main entry. Only after the huge
opening door, the main building is visible.
Block should stand as a landmark.

Proximity:

-CANTEEN Closer proximity to academic block than

dormitories.
