Delivery Process
DAY ZERO (BY - 5:00 P.M.TO 8:00 P.M.):
Pickup of Shipments from Customer dispatch centre at a
pre- determined time.
Putting Stickers on Shipments, In-scanning in Pigeon
System. Printing of PODs and stapling on docks.
DAY ONE, TWO:
To provide AWB linkage details for each/single day pickup.
All Shipments out for delivery. ( 100% OFD )
Any undelivered document due to reasons (viz. locked
house, shifted, Incomplete address, consignee out of
station etc) will be retained by delivery branch for second
attempt.

DAY THREE/ FOUR:


Details of deliveries will be forwarded to Customer 50-75% .
Residual will be re-attempted next day for delivery.
Customer dispatch center will be contacted for further help
Tele-calling for undelivered Shipments to verify the Address.
Post tele-calling, if any undelivered document has a new
address then it is rebooked and delivered to new address .
Tele calling for all delivered Shipments to cease out any forged
delivery.
DAY FOUR/ FIVE :
Second attempt for failures and RTO of non delivered Shipments
DAY SIX/ SEVEN:
Remaining deliveries to be attempted and on day Seven MIS of
Delhi & NCR to be sent.
Day Fifteen MIS of Rest of India to be sent.
Submit complete delivered POD data through soft copy.

Birthday cards / anniversary cards etc.

Ware House Service:
An efficient warehouse management system helps companies cut expenses
by minimizing the amount of unnecessary parts and products in storage. It
also helps companies keep lost sales to a minimum by having enough stock.
Apart from the courier activities, we have also started warehousing services
where we can provide the customers a set of computerized procedures for
management of warehouse inventory with the goal of minimize cost and
fulfillment times. This includes Modeling and managing the logical
representation of the physical storage facilities (e.g. racking, etc.). Enabling
a seamless link to order processing and logistics management in order to
pick, pack, and ship product out of the facility and constant working to
maximize the use of warehouse space.
At present, we provide this service to PNB MetLife.

We have established ourselves as a quality service provider
across India. We have been providing our services across the
Country for long time and cover even the interiors apart from
all major cities and urban areas. Started from a makeshift
office and few employees in 2004, weve grown to become one
of the major name in the courier industry today with our own
offices having modern setups in all metros and dedicated selfmanaged offices across the country run by more than 3000
dedicated permanent & contracted workforce. Courier is our
main job and weve grown to have a capacity of delivering
more than 1 lakh shipments per day backed by personalized
PODs and cycle wise POD inventory to add to the 100% online
tracking that we provide. The deliveries are covered by our
associates which are under control of our own offices in
Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Indore, Kolkata,
Chandigarh, Lucknow, Varanasi, Moradabad to name a few and
our Corporate office in New Delhi. At present, we have 87 own
offices across the country delivering in excess of 35 lakh
shipments PAN India per month including International Clients.
