Link aggregation
Link aggregation is to group multiple Ethernet links on the Ethernet

interface board into a logical link, so that all the Ethernet links in the
group share the common IP and MAC addresses
The benefits of this feature:

The transmission bandwidth is broadened

The reliability is enhanced
The load sharing is enabled

ADD SCTPLNK (parameters description)
Signalling link mode: In Iub interface, RNC works as SCTP server, NodeB works as SCTP client.
Application type: In Iub interface, we set it NBAP.
First local IP address: In layer 2, this parameter can use the Ethernet port IP of RNC interface board.
First destination IP address: In layer 2, this parameter can use the NodeB port IP.

Destination SCTP port No.: Every SCTP link includes source port and destination port. On RNC
side, we can use SET SCTPSRVPORT to set RNC source port. Ports of Every SCTP link are
negotiation data.

Logic port Flag: It is used in RAN sharing. Different operators separate Iub transmission
resource instead of first come first served when admission.

ADD URNCPOOL\ADD URNCPOOLMEMBER

Use this command to add a RNC pool. Two RNCs with Iur interface can be configured as a
RNC pool. The two RNCs supply redundancy backup for each other. For a NodeB, the local
RNC acts as the primary RNC and the peer RNC as the secondary RNC. If the primary
RNC is faulty, the secondary RNC takes over the traffic carried by the NodeB.

Parameters of ADD TRMFACTOR command

By default, the activation factor table with index 0 is configured in the

RNC. In addition, this index cannot be modified and removed.
The RNC uses the activation factor to calculate the admission bandwidth.
The admission bandwidth is calculated by using the following formula:
Admission bandwidth = Bandwidth at the transport layer * Activation
factor/100.

The path load EQ threshold table with index 0 is the default table in
the RNC, and it cannot be modified or deleted.
