Open DHRMS.
For Computers running Window 8,
right click DHRMS Icon and Run as
Administrator

Account Name: Admin


Password: cagayan1234

TO ADD NEW
PERSONNEL

Click Personnel
Menu
then
Click Personnel
Detail

Note: For computers


running Windows 8,
DHRMS must be
Run as
Administrator so
that New Record
Button will be
enabled.
Click New Record
Now enter the
required data for
each personnel.
PERSONNEL ID will
be automatically
generated by the
system.

ALL DATA ENTRIES MUST BE ALL CAPS (CAPITAL LETTERS) EMAIL

Original Appointment (Start Date).

COMPLETE AND ACCURATE. FOR OTHER
FUNCTIONS/FEATURES OF THE SYSTEM/PROGRAM, ITS
ALL UP TO THE SCHOOLS ICT/HRIS COORDINATOR TO
DISCOVER.
WORKSHOP WILL BE ON MAY 12, 2015 AT FR WILLIAM
MASTERSON, SJ ELEMENTARY SCHOOL COVERED COURT.
SCHOOLS ICT COORDINATORS ARE ADVISED TO BRING
THE FOLLOWING SCANNED COPIES OF 201 FILE
DOCUMENTS AND JPEG(PROFILE PICTURE) OF ALL
PERSONNEL ON THERE RESPECTIVE SCHOOLS.
SCHOOLS ICT COORDINATORS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING
THEIR OWN LAPTOP, POCKET WIFI, AND EXTENTION
WIRE.

WHAT TO SUBMIT TO THE DIVISION OFFICE:


ACCOMPLISHED DHRMS WITH COMPLETE ENTRIES, PDF AND JPEG
PICTURES ALREADY UPLOADED TO THE SYSTEM.
Copy entire content of the
DHRMS folder located at
C:\Program Files (x86)\
Paste to Blank DVD (For
Burn)
Rename DHRMS folder as
DHRMS@{SchoolName_Scho
olID}
Example:
DHRMS@AgusanNHS_30410
