Dhanalakshmi Bank Ltd was incorporated on 14
November 1927 at Thrissur city,Kerala
It has a capital of 11,000 and 7 employees.
It was listed as a Scheduled Commercial Bank in
the year 1977.
Today it has 280 branches and 396 ATMs spread
over the country

Objectives of the study


To understand how useful is E banking in the
present banking industry .
To understand how effective E banking is for
banking customers
To understand how many customers use E
banking in the present banking industry
To understand the various services which are
provided by the banks

Hypothesis
E banking services of Dhanlaxmi bank is very
effective to its customers ( H1)
E banking services of Dhanlaxmi bank is not very
effective to its customers( H0)

Methodology
The research design is a pattern or an outline of research
project working. It is a statement of only essential elements
of study, those that provide basic guidelines for the
details of the project.
Data Collection: Primary as well as secondary data is used
for the project. Primary data: The primary data is
collected by questionnaire form from the customers of
Dhanlaxmi bank. Direct interview with the employees of
Dhanlaxmi bank Secondary data; The secondary data is
collected from the recorded data of Dhanlaxmi bank.Online
observation from the website of the bank.
Analysis of Data: The information gathered are the policies
& practices regarding management of theE banking.
Analysis is done in terms of descriptive concepts.

The tools used are :
Questionnaire
Conducting interviews
Online observations
Organizational data

Limitation
The main limitation of the study is since
primary data is collected through direct
interview and questionnaire there is high
chances of personal biase
The next limitation of the project is that
some customers may not give the right
information in the questionnaire
The time of the study is only two months ,
therefore a detailed study of the banks
services cant be done.
