IP Rights Protection

• Robust physical security measures – usage of pen drives, CD’s in the

machine are prohibited, firewalls have been installed.
• Restricted access to customer and project artifacts which are stored in
SVN (Sub version- a configuration management system) and Alfresco – a
document management system - protected by unique passwords.
• Internal Project Management tools like ProTi store project details and
provide process visibility to clients and enhance transparency.
• Non Disclosure Agreement is signed with the prospective client to ensure
confidentiality is maintained while sharing of information during initial
discussions. All Symbioun employees sign the NDA as a HR practice.

Code Documentation

• The source code of the project is documented diligently and

handed over to the customer towards the end of the project.
• Any related document or copy of documents pertaining to the
project is deleted permanently from our servers.
• We adopt the customer best practices during the execution of the
project apart from our own standard guidelines.
• We also offer to work on the client workspace via VPN.
