Computer Graphics
Computer graphics comprises the software and hardware techniques used
to create visual displays for human viewing.

The computer is an information device. It is a tool for storing manipulation and correcting
data. There are many ways to communicate the processed user.
Computer Graphics

The computer graphics is one of the most effective and common way to communicate
processes information to the user, it displays information in the form of graphics and object.
Such as picture and diagrame & graphics
instesd of simple text.

Basics Object of Graphics

In the computer graphics the pictures, grapes and object are presented as a
collection of picture element called Pixel. A pixel is a single point in a graphic
image. Graphics monitors display pictures by dividing the display screen into
thousands (or millions) of pixels, arranged in rows and columns. The pixels
are so close together that they appear connected.

Implementation
To develop a real time virtual environment, a computer graphics libraries can be
used as embedded resources concept with a common programming languages,
such as C++ , Peal , Java or Python.
Some of the most popular computer libraries are OpenGL , Direct3D and
Java3D and their use are directly influenced by the system demands in terms
of performance

Virtual reality

12

The virtual reality is the technology that

produces the virtual world so that a user
can interact and manipulate with the
virtual objects Since 1992, Virtual
Realities has been the Worlds Leading
Distributor of Virtual Reality. Providing
Head Mounted Displays, Head Trackers,
Motion Trackers, Data Gloves, 3D
Controllers, Haptic Devices

Military

14

Virtual reality has been adopted

by the military this includes
all three services (army, navy
and air force) where it is used
for training purposes. This is
particularly useful for training
soldiers for combat situations or
other dangerous settings where
they have to learn how to react
in an appropriate manner

Medical

16

Medically, virtual reality can be

used to train doctors. Using
sensitive gloves and goggles,
doctors can simulate difficult
operations before they occur.
Doctors can also explore circulatory
systems via an exploratory virtual
reality 'vehicle'. Also, doctors can
practice surgery techniques on
virtual patients before stepping into
an operating room.

Games

18

Computer Games are

currently the most popular
form of virtual reality.
Applications vary from a $30
PC program which works
with a digital sound card and
a standard colour monitor to a
multi-user arcade-style game.

20

Technology, when used in

separate places and with
appropriate tactile sensations,
would revolutionize
telecommunications.
Analysis of copyright protection
of virtual reality requires
understanding of the copyright
principles involved in the
computer industry generally.

Virtual Reality in Film

22

Virtual reality is a very common theme in science fiction

movies, where it is often used a way to turn the fantastical
into something that seems totally real.
TRON, for instance, was one of the first movies to use
virtual reality as a plot element. The main characters were
taken from reality and transported into a virtual world
inside a computer. This is not 100% like the virtual reality
we know today but the concept of another reality inside of a
computer reminds the same.

Animation

26

Animation is the process of

creating a
continuous motion and shape
change illusion by means of
the rapid display of a sequence
of static images that minimally
differ from each other.

Fundamental principles of
traditional animation techniques
is essential to producing good

Computer Animation

32

Modern computer animation usually

uses 3D computer graphics,
although 2D computer graphics are still
used for stylistic, low bandwidth, and
faster real-time renderings. Sometimes,
the target of the animation is the
computer itself, but sometimes the target
is another medium, such as film

Computer Animation(TYPES)

33

2D animation figures are created and/or edited

on the computer using 2D bitmap graphics or
created and edited using 2D vector graphics.
This includes automated computerized versions
of traditional animation . 2D animation has many
applications, including analog computer
animation, Flash animation and PowerPoint
animation.

Stop Motion Animation(TYPES)

34

Cutout animation is a type of stop-motion animation produced by

moving two-dimensional pieces of material such as paper or cloth.
Examples include Terry Gilliam's animated sequences from Monty
Python's Flying Circus (UK, 19691974).
Brick film animation using Lego or other similar brick toys to make
an animation. These have had a recent boost in popularity with the
advent of video sharing sites like YouTube and the availability of
cheap cameras and animation software.
