OBJETIVO
El objetivo principal de la atencin pre
concepcional es promover la salud de
la mujer y de su descendencia.
Si la familia est planificando un
embarazo existe una especial
predisposicin a efectuar cambios de
conducta saludables.

CONSULTA PRE-CONCEPCIONAL
El Colegio Americano de Obstetricia y
Ginecologa clasifican a los
principales componentes del cuidado
preconcepcin en cuatro categoras:
1. Evaluacin fsica
2.Deteccin de factores de riesgos
3. Vacunaciones
4. Consejo mdico.

resultarn de especial inters el conocimiento
de las enfermedades crnicas actuales o
pasadas que puedan condicionar el desarrollo
del futuro embarazo. Por ejemplo:
