1.) Human Resource

Development Management
(HRDM)
- which deals with the
fundamental concepts of
operating and managing a
business, BSBA in Human
Resource Development
Management focuses on peopleoriented subjects associated with
organizational workforce. The
scope will cover such topics as
principles and theories of
employment, personnel training
and skills development and other
systems or procedures in handling
and managing people.

2.) Financial Management

-Financial Management means planning, organizing, directing
and controlling the financial activities such as procurement and
utilization of funds of the enterprise. It means applying general
management principles to financial resources of the enterprise.

Why do we need to study Business?

- to manage our business well
- To get a top job at a great company or
workplace, chances are you are going to
need a university degree. It proves you
know a bit in your chosen field, that you
can commit yourself, can manage your
time and are qualified to do the job.
- Business and commerce relates to the
buying and selling of goods, services
and information - important exchanges
in almost any area of life! As the world
becomes more dependent on globalized
trade and investment, though, the
demand for well-trained businesspeople
grows stronger.
