Perfect nutrition is most important in the current scenario for the
corporate employees and the young generation as we see, these
categories dont give enough attention to healthy food in their
busy lives.
Hence this idea of creating an app which will give enough
information about healthy food.
So after brainstorming and screening several number of ideas, we
came to decision of developing an app with the healthy recipes
from best chefs and delivery of the ingredients will also be done.

Need for this app is to provide information
about healthy food.

We have consulted with the top chefs in the


country about the best and easy to make
healthy recipes.
And the health specialists about the calorie
needed for a human body to remain healthy
and also about the junk food items that
harm our body and exactly which part of the
body it affects.
Apart from this, we will be delivering the
ordered ingredients at the customers door
steps.
We took a survey for this application and the
sample used was the corporate employees.
The result was very encouraging.
The customers gave feedback and asked us
to add on the comparison in terms of
calories of different food recipes.

Marketing Strategy Development


We are looking to market our app heavily
in corporate sector via awareness
programs in corporate offices like Infosys,
TCS, CTS. They take special care of the
employees and aware them of good health.
We will spread awareness in the colleges
especially graduation and post graduation
colleges. We will use social networking
sites; such as Facebook, Instagram and
Twitter.

Push notification messages and email


advertising will also be adopted for
Android, IOS and Windows users.

We will put up pop up stalls in college


events to market our application.

Early bird offers of discount will be


distributed and referral discounts will also
be given.

ibody , iFitness etc.
2. Completely new differentiated
product with extended features .

Business Analysis
Currently in India there is no competitive product as ours.

The corporate sector employee base in India is more than


1milion and the average age of the work force in India is 35.
So they are tech savvy and assumed to be health conscious.
We are not charging anything to install the app or order
from our app. But to be a premier account holder where
one can access the whole database and will be able to
consult the health specialists and have video chat with
the top chefs of India, they have to pay a very reasonable
price.
So as per the reviews given at the testing phase we will
be having a huge customer base and as per the new rule
of 30/70 for the carrier/app owner we will be generating
quite a revenue.

We will take feedbacks from customers and regularly keep


updating the app which will keep the customers interested in
our app.

Our objective is to meet 10000 downloads in the 1 st week of the


launch of the app.

Product Development
This is the phase where we actually execute all our planning and develop the
application.
We have our logistics department in order, which will track the order and get
the ingredients delivered at the door steps of the customers.
We are planning to launch the product in a week and push our product in the
market with the marketing techniques and keep on improvising on the product
as per the customers requirements.
We are going to launch this app in Android, IOS and Windows and observe
which OS is responding the most and subsequently focus.
The competitors like JustEAT.in, FoodPanda, and a few others already in the
market, but non of them came into the market as a healthy food guide and
ordering app.
The main obstacle we might face is collecting the fresh food ingredients from
the farm fields and delivering them at the door steps at the earliest. But for
that we have nearest vendors to deliver the items.

Test Market and Commercialization

We are taking Bengaluru as our test market for now


as most of corporate employees are in there and the
educational institutions are placed in the Capital of
Karnataka.
As we are introducing a completely new application
into the market, we first would like to test the market
in real scenario and the competition and the
customer reaction to the new product.
Our objective in Bengaluru is to gain 25% of the
market and at least 10000 downloads and 1000
successful orders through our application.
If we successfully achieve the objective, then we will
slowly expand our business and provide our service
all over India in the next 2 months.
But during the test period, people can download the
app and get the advantage of healthy recipes but
delivery of items wont be possible.
