What is Communication?
Purpose:

the message as it was intended

either HELP or HINDER the

refers to the condition in which
information inflow exceeds an
individuals processing capacity.

refers to messages sent to
individuals or groups from
another of the same
organizational level of position.

IMPROVING COMMUNICATION
IN ORGANIZATIONS

so it would be easily understood.
2. The receiver must improve his skill
and understanding the messages
sent to him.
