Earlier they focused on teacher as strong
leaders, then they more emphasis on building
trust, having good relationship with pupils,
and becomes more student-centred.

the front row.

Good discipline does not depend on
harsh corrective actions, it grows
from mutual trusts and respects.
Teacher should know the pupils
individually and able to acknowledge
them.
Treats pupils well and focus on their
importance.
