Presently

employees are provided on the job


training by allocating mentors and specific
technical trainers to provide them hands on
experience about the nature of work they are
performing.
Employees are given formal induction about
HR policies and basic work discipline as per
the Manual.
There is no training need identification so far.

training plans should be prepared that


will help the respective Team leaders /
Supervisors to allocate their manpower for
training purpose.
HRIS should be implemented for ensuring full
coverage of entire staff for all the desired training
programs.
Along with On the Job training, an employee
should be provided a specific Mentor to further
guide him on work related queries.

employees to upgrade their knowledge and skills.
Employees should be provided alternate platforms
like company blogs, learning websites, etc by
which they refer the latest updates pertaining to
their work and their industry.

keeping it at a flat structure.
This will enhance the motivation of employees to
compete for the higher level positions and the
vacancies could be filled up internally to a great
extent.
Management should develop a dedicated
Employee retention policies that will reduce the
continuous recruitment cycle.

AIS

has once a year appraisal activity for all its


employees.
A dedicated Rating sheet has to be filled by the
supervisors and to be submitted to the
management.
Management reviews and takes a call on the rating
given by the supervisors.
Final prepared rating sheet is discussed with the
concerned candidates highlighting his / her areas
of improvements.

increased.
The appraisals should be made more informal
rather than formal activity.
Critical incidents should be formally discussed
during the appraisal.
Candidates own rating about his own skills should
be noted down and any discrepancies should be
communicated clearly mentioning managements
expectations.

sharing his understanding, expectations,
feelings, thought process, etc. giving them full
time. It should not be done in hurry.
Every departmental profile should be prepared
wherein the learning needs are clearly

loans / Secure Monitoring / Bankruptcy /
Probate are given a group tasks of
completing specific number of files (i.e.
Addressing these many cases) in a weeks time.
Mostly this is a time consuming activity where
in not every body is able to provide excellent
contribution to the group task.

expected to come on holidays to work and
complete the group assignemnts.

competency mapping should be


done and right person at right job should be
allotted with regards to the group activities.
Overstretching should be avoided as it
deteriorates employees morale and calls for
legal accountabilities as well (Factories Act,
1948).
The work distribution should be properly
analyzed and worked out.

deal with any hazardous accidents.
First Aid box are available in ample quantity.
Specific fire extinguishers are placed at different
locations.
Chairs are ergonomically efficient.
PCs are equipped with screen guards to protect
eyes from harmful effects.
Fire alarm, Ample lighting, Sufficient space for
exit and entry.

formally organized to address to specific
requirements and raising concerns to the
management.
Since we operate in Alembic premises,
additional liasioning with the Alembic Health
and safety personals should be made so that in
case required collective action could be taken.
