is Hindi
The capital New Delhi A city
built by Mughals is present

Urban people are more flashy

Though every state has a
language dialect, Hindi is
spoken as a common
language
Urban people are known for
business and commerce
Rural people are mostly into
agriculture
Again food varies from region
to region

Family Values are given lot of importance

People love movies and their food

Lot of importance is given to the different festivals

Mostly education is seen as something which


enables a person to break the barriers of caste,
poverty

People living here are mostly descendants
of Himalayan tribes
Free wheeling culture
People enjoy their native food, drink and
music

South
India(South of the Vindhyas)

They have somewhat similar traditions
and culture
Four different Dravidian languages Tamil,
Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu are spoken in
the respective states
Known for rich cultural art forms like
Kathakali, Bharatanatyam, Ayurveda
The major cities like Bangalore, Chennai
are now bustling centres of IT and
commerce

Even though I am of a laidback
nature I do not drift
I am attached to my family
I am not very materialistic
I am totally different in this, I
hold liberal views and much
autonomous when it comes to
society
