corporate office in Aurangabad, Maharashtra and it
deals in Real Estate sector. It is founded by Mr.
Akshay Domkondwar& Mr. Yogesh Udgire.. Click
Propertyis is a team of professionals having technical
expertise; past experience in the field of Marketing,
Finance, Project Audit and Media for Real Estate
Sector With the great experience we have successfully
done projects in various cities like Pune, Mumbai,
and Aurangabad.

find out awareness of builders and brokers towards real


estate portal in Aurangabad City.

know builders and brokers perception towards real estate


portals.

INTERPRETATION:
It was found that 65% respondents deal in all type of properties, 17 % deals
in residential properties, 13% deals in commercial properties and the
remaining 5% deals in agricultural properties.

SALES PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN:

INTERPRETATION:
It was found that the print media advertisement is the most important sales

promotional activity with 41% and after that most of the builders and brokers
use internet as a sales promotion activity. This will help the company in
designing the strategy for the advertisements.

FINDINGS
Builders

and brokers are not having preference towards a


particular portal. Most preferable is magicbricks.com and
99acres.com while clickproperty.in shows lack of preference.
10% of builders and brokers have visited clickproperty.in
80% of builders and brokers can easily understand the real
estate portal.
50% of builders and brokers are satisfied with the market
information through portal.
15% of builders and brokers are aware of the launching offers
by Click Property through brochures and catalogues.

CONCLUSION
The

major factors which builders and brokers consider while


using portal are cost, service and space on the portal.

requires a strong marketing strategy to capture


market& to fight competition.
