Key duties/responsibilities for quality coordinator


1. Maintains a high level of understanding of company standards and
guidelines
2. Assigns and coordinates quality auditors and coordinators activities and
schedules
3. Facilitates and directs Quality Auditor meetings as required
4. Develops quality audit schedule to be conducted throughout the year
5. Participates in Quality Coordinator meetings
6. Facilitates Lessons Learned meetings as necessary
7. Maintains Lessons Learned database
8. Reviews Division Quality Manuals
9. Facilitates quality presentations as required
10. Participates in department meetings as required
11. Participates in department and division standards meetings as required
12. Develops an understanding and knowledge of ISO Standards
13. Assists the Quality Manager with educating employees on the company
quality program
14. Disseminates quality information in the office and on the intranet

Key job qualifications for quality coordinator


1.

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare


Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2. Clinical experience helpful
3. Minimum 4 years experience in healthcare and/or information systems
4. Cumulative minimum of 3 years project leadership and/or project management
experience
5. Demonstrated project management skills ability to properly plan and execute on
project deliverables using various methodologies
6. Demonstrated CQI experience.
7. Good PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
8. Excellent interpersonal communication, group process, meeting skills, can form
groups, listen, resolve conflict and give feedback.
9. Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships
with peers and constituents at all levels of the organization.
10. Demonstrated aim and measurement development and data analysis and problem
solving skills.
11. Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
12. Experience working with and negotiating with external vendors.
