Thoughts on leadership

I suppose leadership at one time
meant muscles; but today it
means getting along with people.

- Indira Gandhi

Her Tenure as Prime Minister
Indira Gandhi will be remembered for her commendable
efforts in the development and progress of science,
space exploration, irrigation as well as policies like
nationalization of banks etc.
What makes her a leader?
Because Indira Gandhi was a Politian, people did think
of her to be a leader.
She committed her life to give India the best of her ability
although she was going through pretty hard times.
She was a woman who not only thought of herself but
others as well. Her hardship paid off and made her a
notable woman today.
Although she was shot by her two security guards on
October 31, 1984, people still remember her for her
great accomplishments and for the great leader she was.
