5 Property Data Complete the Hot/Cold Stream Compositions Section 1. The program will run with a single pressure level. 2. A higher degree of accuracy will be achieved when entering an inlet and outlet pressure for 2-phase applications. 3. In high vacuum situations additional pressures will improve the programs accuracy. 4. Click the Add set button to add additional pressure levels 5. Copy/Paste from Microsoft Excel is supported

6 Property Data Complete the Hot/Cold Stream Compositions Section 1. Enter your temperature points a) A minimum of two are required and must include the saturation temperature b) A higher degree of accuracy will be achieved by specifying multiple temperatures spanning the operating temperatures c) The program will interpolate between temperatures for missing property points 2. Condensing applications will require all liquid and vapor properties shown in the property table with the following exceptions: a) MW liquid and vapor estimated when not entered b) Surface tension estimated when not entered 3. Properties must be supplied for all pressure levels

7 Property Data Complete the Hot/Cold Stream Compositions Section 1. Boiling applications will require all liquid and vapor properties shown in the property table with the following exceptions: a) MW liquid and vapor estimated b) Surface tension estimated c) The boiling coefficient can be highly dependent on accurate surface tension. It should be entered when known. 2. Properties must be supplied for all pressure levels
