To observe the possibility of usage of the hydrogel for drug delivery applications
METHODOLOGY Procureme nt of cellulose Extraction of silica Synthesis of PVA- cellulose Synthesis of PVA-silica ash Characterization Data Analysis METHODOLOGY Extraction of Silica from Rice Husk Ash Procureme nt of rice husk Incineratio n of rice husk 250 g RHA + 1.5 L of 1 M NaOH Boil for 1 hour with constant stirring Filter solution Cool filtrate to room temperatur e Wash with 100 mL boiling water METHODOLOGY Synthesis of PVA-cellulose and PVA-silica PVA powder+ diH 2 O Heat at 85 o
