Located in Nasik District of Maharashtra. Third biggest city of the district. Well connected by road and rail. Close to Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai, which are also the sources of raw materials. One of the largest e-waste recycling hub of India. Supportive administration and people Presences of large number of skilled and cheap labour.. Main Competitors : The recyclers of Pune, Mumbai and Bangaluru. To overcome them collection centers will be set up in these cities with site collection facility. Recyclers from Unorganized Sectors. They can be tackled by extensive advertisement and discounts on bulk business.

Recovery Procedures:- PCB PCB consists of heavy metals like antimony, silver, chromium, zinc, lead, tin and copper. It involves Heating and burning. The Sub steps are: Extraction of ICs. Done manually by snatching them off Recovery of Gold.-This too is done manually by removing the gold pins. Generally The motherboard are heated on stove to weaken the bond between solder and plastic and facilitate their removal. It also benefits in Lead removal.
Preheating of Motherboard. Extraction of gold Recovery Procedures: CRT Dissembling of CRT and extraction of its components. Also facility of Re-gunning if Necessary. Recovery of Glass. Separation of Yoke Core, Metallic Core and Copper from Transformer. Recovery of Rare Earth Core and copper from transformer by boiling with water and caustic soda. Recycling of CRT Recovery of Copper from transformer Copper extraction from wires Manual drawing of wires of copper Extraction of copper by burning the wires. Manufacturing of High Impact Plastic The plastic casings are shredded and compacted to form High Impact Plastics. These are frequently used in manufacturing Toys.
Disposal: The non-toxic waste will be used as landfill. The harmful gases produces will be treated and then released into atmosphere. The other wastes will be compacted and can be used as a fuel in kilns by cement industry. Financial analysis:
Financial analysis: Assuming 1000 kg of raw materials in the same proportion as in the table, the profit per day comes to around Rs. 5471.9. The cost of setting up a plant is in the tune of 30 lakhs(including land). The break even time is 1.82 years(assuming 300 working days per year and raw material availability is 1000 kg/day) Rate of Return: 1 st Year-33% 2 nd Year-20% 3 rd Year-16% Assuming that the rate of increase in waste=rate of increase in amount of raw material processed per year Conclusion: The raw materials is collected from more than one major cities hence owing to large supply of raw materials the operating cost is low. Proper treatment of waste material to minimize harm to environment. Sale of wastes as fuel to cement plants increases profit and also reduces load on liquid fuel consumption.
