research and development, as is
evidenced by its evolving and innovative
product range.
WEAKNESS- The organization does have
a diversified range of products such as
clothing, jeans, bags and accessories.
However, the income of the business is
still heavily dependent upon its share of
the footwear market. This may leave it
weak if the consumer doesnt like any of
the diversified products.
OPPORTUNITIES- the company, Rusty
Lopez, always give a pure satisfaction to
the customers when it comes to fashion
design.
THREATS- The market for shoes and
garments is very competitive. Competitors
are developing alternative brands to take
away Rusty Lopezs market share.

PRICE
STRENGTH- They manufacture wherever they
can produce high quality product at the lowest
possible price.
WEAKNESS- If the consumer demands about
the price, Rusty Lopez cannot afford to make
their prices go down immediately because of the
quality products.
OPPORTUNITIES- Rusty Lopez offers price
discounts so that it can attract more customers
and improve sales.
THREATS- The retail sector is becoming price
competitive. This ultimately means that
consumers are shopping around for a better
deal. So if one store charges a price for a pair of
shoes, the consumer could go to the store along
the street to compare prices for the exactly the
same item, and buy the cheaper of the two.
Such consumer price sensitivity is a potential
external threat to Rusty Lopez.

STRENGTH- In packaging, Rusty Lopez can
be easily recognized because of its unique
label and design to be remembered by the
consumer.
WEAKNESS- Their packaging is not
environmental friendly and customers are used
to their packaging that it bores them
sometimes.
OPPORTUNITIES- The packaging creates
shopping convenience to customers.
THREATS- Competitors are using different
style of packaging like the cloth bag and paper
bags.

STRENGTH- Rusty Lopez stores have an
organized merchandising in every store.
WEAKNESS- They doesnt have entrance ads
and/ or even In-Store Floor Graphics just like
what we are proposing for them to be
remembered by the customer in many ways
because of the unstoppable competition in the
market.
OPPORTUNITIES- Since they have huge
window display and good location for their
stores (because its easily seen, simple, and
recognizable) customers will surely window
shop or else buy their products. Aside from
that they have good employees that manage
the stores which are responsible in assisting
customers.
THREATS-Although their store is easily
recognized by customers, some competitors
are now giving emphasize to their store layout
that can create brand recognitions for them.
