History of presenting Complaint:
Problem started since 3 Yo when he started making noises. Although
development is quite fast but he has problem in communicating
with others. When he gets angry he starts shrieking and cries. He
kicks, bites, scratches people and sometimes throws objects. If
he is prevented from doing or having his favorites, he gets angry
and starts shrieking and banging his head. He clenches his fist
and starts teeth grinding . Its almost impossible to calm him. He
has the habit of pressing his chin to others and it seems his way of
social communication.

of a twin kid, He almost has no attention to
environment. Constantly flaps his both hands. When stops
flapping starts moving around and moans. He is very
curious and wants to know everything. He constantly goes
to window and looks outside. Quite affectionate, kisses his

and pushes things and starts jumping and stamping but no

Stayed in NICU for a week due to heart arrest.

Presenting complaint:
Problem started since he was 2 Yo. Although he was a
normal child, he stopped talking after ward . He has Hx of
convulsion due to head trauma when he was 2.5 mo. He
was hospitalized for a few days and on investigations a focal
gyral thickening in Lt temprooccipital lobe area was
observed (pachy gyria).






Treated cases
After the trauma he got quiet and had aversion to touch with
attacks of fits once or twice a week. During each attack he
turned black and eyes was turning upward (Hypoxia).
He is very dependent on others for eating or changing clothes.
He is a quite an affectionate child and is very sympathetic. He
is quite cruel to animals and kicks cats. If there is discord in
family he gets depressed. He gets bullied at school and
cannot defend himself. He gets angry if doesnt get what he
wants and shrieks and pushes to get it, but does not
persevere. He draws on paper, walks in straight line and
moans.

After head trauma he was falling a lot and had lax neck until 2 y/o.
He had speech therapy and work therapy which made him very
naughty but with better communication.
